Year 2 RE ❤️🌍
Year 2 have been reflecting on the importance of forgiveness and how they can care for God’s world. Through thoughtful discussion and creative activities, the children explored ways they can show kindness, love and respect towards others and the environment. They expressed their ideas through colourful posters and drawings.

Year 2’s Celebration of the Word this week focused on St Matthew. We reflected on how St Matthew responded to Jesus’ call with courage and without hesitation. Together, we explored what it means to follow Jesus and how we might answer His call in our own lives.

Regular reading not only improves comprehension and vocabulary but also nurtures imagination, confidence and a lifelong love of learning. Today we gathered for our first whole school Mass of the new year. We thought about New Beginnings and how the Bible teaches us that when we face new beginnings, God will always be with us.
