Today is Education Sunday. Education Sunday is a wonderful opportunity for parishes, schools and families to celebrate the gift of Catholic education and to give thanks for all those who serve in our schools and academies.
As Pope Leo has reminded us, Catholic education helps to form young people as pilgrims of hope, rooted in Christ and committed to the service of others. Today we thank Father Stephen for his ministry and service to us in the Parish of St Peter’s and ask you to keep him in your prayers.
